Our coating solutions eliminate the need for heavy cast-iron cylinder liners, significantly reducing fuel and oil consumption, weight, and emissions, as well as corrosion. Our plasma heat treatment and thermal spray coatings also protect turbochargers, fuel injectors, piston rings, and other engine parts.
Suspension&steering
Our surface treatment solutions and services economically provide suspension components, ball joints, and other steering parts with excellent corrosion protection, good friction properties, increased surface hardness, and improved fatigue strength.
Transmission
Closely cooperating with OEMs, we develop and manufacture surface-enhanced synchronizer components for improved shifting comfort and longer life. We also offer plasma heat treatment, physical vapor deposition, and diamond-like coatings of transmission parts for wear, corrosion, and friction control.
