This outstanding annual event in the world of surface solutions is jointly organized by the German Welding Society (DVS), the ASM International’s Thermal Spray Society (TSS) and the International Institute of Welding (IIW). In addition to thermal spray, beam and plasma based cladding technologies have also become more and more interesting for end users. Cladding also fulfills many requirement specifications in an excellent way. 

ITSC 2020 will also feature the latest improvements in the field of additive manufacturing (AM). For that, thermal spray, as well as cladding technologies, offer magnificent technological basis for new AM applications. One highlight of the technical program will be again the Session “Young Professionals”. ITSC 2020 is again supporting young talents becoming part of the worldwide thermal spray family.
