Cobalt base alloy products
Our coablt alloy powder is produced by advanced gas atomized technics(gas atomized and gas cooling). with this technics, the alloy powder compostion is even, oxygen content is low, and the sphere rate is high.
Our main products of Cobalt base alloy are bare rod, electrode and powder, the grades are Co1 , Co6, Co12,Co21, Co800




Co base alloy Bare Rod

Co base alloy bard rod is produced by horizontal constinous casting technics, it can be use to fusing welding, and TIG/MIG.

Co base alloy Powder

Co Base alloy powder can be applied to PTA, APS, Oxyacetylene spray, HVOF etc. It also can applied to powder metallurgy.

Cobalt based alloy saw tips
① Good wear and corrosion resistance: used to cut wood with high hardness and high moisture such as forest logs and mahogany.
②Small tolerance range: can be controlled within 0-0.15mm for automatic welding.
③Good surface finish.
④Easy to solder: no solder required.
⑤Long service life: the saw blade can be repaired, or can be ground and re-welded to increase the service life of the body.
